DESCRIPCIÓN Y/O SINOPSIS DE ESTE EBOOK

When Avery Hensley met Conner Wellings, she thought she’d found the guy she was going to spend the rest of her life with. She got married young and had the most beautiful son in the world.

Life seemed perfect.

But not everything is what it seems.

Turned out Conner had another side to him, a darker side that Avery didn’t see coming. He wrecked and broke her into a thousand pieces, leaving Avery to put herself back together. From then on, Avery vows never to let a man into her life again.

But then she meets Tristan Morganson. He’s sweet and sexy and wrecks Avery in a different way than Conner did, the kind of way that makes her feel alive again, the kind of way that makes her think maybe not all guys are bad. But can Avery trust him enough to let her walls come crumbling down?

OPINIONES:

Wreck Me by Jessica Sorensen is the best book in the Nova series. It was a powerful and thought provoking romance!
The Nova series by Jessica Sorensen is one of the most emotional series I have read. I have become invested in the characters lives. I feel like they are like my children or friend’s of my children that I care very deeply about. I was devastated by their poor choices and elated when they began to turn their lives around. I watched them struggle with their past family lives and mistakes that led them down the road of destruction. My heart broke as their lives sank to the lowest points. I breathed a sigh of relief when they finally reached the turning point that would turn their lives around into something positive. I wanted to hold their hand while they struggled to overcome their addictions and become better people. Each and every one of the characters in this series has a piece of my heart. One of these characters stood out throughout the series. He was a lost soul and yet there was something special hidden away from the world. Although he was a leading character throughout the series, his background was lightly touched upon. It has made readers curious as to what drove him over the edge. We are finally getting the full story in Wreck Me. We are finally getting to know the real Tristan Morganson.
Tristan Morganson is finally clean and sober. He is drug free but struggles daily to remain so. His life doesn’t have much direction and he really doesn’t have any personal goals other than staying clean. He is basically existing day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute. Part of his struggle is that he really doesn’t know who he is or where he fits in. He lived in the shadows of his older, overachieving sister. His parents set their expectations of him through her standards, rather than encouraging him to find his own path and strengths. When tragedy strikes the family and his sister is killed in a car accident it sets his downward spiral motion into warped speed. After several close calls with death he finally wants to live. He wants to find his purpose in life and a place to feel like he belongs. He is on a new path in life and that path leads to Avery Hensley.
While working for Habitat for Humanity, Tristan meets Avery when their crew goes to North Carolina to build her a house. One night out with her changes the way the thinks. He has met someone that somehow understood the daily struggles he faced and believed he could make the right kind of choices. He doesn’t have to spill his sordid past or validate his actions. Somehow he senses that Avery has experienced some of the same kind of ugly things he has.
Avery has had a very abusive past. Her ex husband not only ruined her life, he abused her in so many ways. She gave up her hopes and dreams for him. Through their horrific marriage one thing good came out of it. Her son. She will do everything in her power to stay sober and give her son a good life full of love. She struggles daily to keep her head above water, keep the bills paid, and give back the second chance she was given in life. When she meets Tristan she realizes this is her opportunity.
Tristan and Avery begin a beautiful friendship that is built upon their faith in one another. They both seem to understand one another. For the first time they are not only finding what true friendship means, they are finding the good things about themselves. Their past does not define them, it is only one small part of who they are. Together they can conquer some of their demons, find a way to put the past in the right perspective, learn to accept and give love, and look to the future.
When the past comes back in a very threatening way, they will face it together. They will not let it destroy the new lives they have worked so hard to get. They will learn to accept the things they cannot change and move forward.
Wreck Me was a powerful story. It is a story of redemption. It is a story of healing. It is a story of learning to love oneself. It is a story of learning to give unconditional love.
Tristan’s story was well worth the wait and my favorite in this series. Jessica Sorensen gave him the future he desperately needed. She gave him Avery Hensley.
I highly recommend Wreck Me. It can be read as a stand alone novel or in series order. I love the Nova series. I am looking forward to the next book in this series. Avery’s younger brother Jax needs to find his personal happily ever after. He’s a great guy that also survived a very ugly past and came out better than most would of.

Wow so…
I think this series is my favorite.
I’m so thankful for this book right now, I’ve been craving a book that’s going to cause a hangover for moths and this one has done just that…already.
Whenever I get finished with one of these books I just have to sit and think and soak it all in before I can write a review and then when I think I’m ready I still think my review isn’t good enough, that it won’t do the book justice. I’m going to try though. This book, these books, this whole series has WRECKED ME, this book is so appropriately named it’s not funny. As I read Quinton’s books and Delilah’s book I felt it all, deep down. Tristan’s book was much the same, but more so because Avery has a story too. A horribly sad heart breaking story that we get to see in time with Tristan’s and it add so much to this book. Their pasts are like this huge black cloud hovering over them all the time and I just hoped while reading the whole thing that these two would just get a break. Be happy. Be in love, and able to trust. Their journey was a hard one so many things happened that its hard to think anyone could be as strong as they were. I loved that even though Avery was as cautious as she was she finally let go, that she decided living this life was what she wanted, what she needed. Tristan was hard to read for me I was worried about him the more I read about his past. The things he had to deal with, no wonder he lived the way he did. His decisions seemed liked all the wrong ones but it wasn’t on purpose he was just so lost. Thankfully while this book was heartbreaking the love story that’s hidden within was worth it. These two are so much stronger than they give them self credit for which made this story so easy to read. I didn’t put it down once I picked it up. I can’t wait to see where Ruin Me takes us, but I can’t help but hope for happiness for both of these couples and maybe a bit more of Jax, who has definitely piqued my interest.
Read this book, despite the impending book hangover you won’t regret it!

Amazing story!
I love the characters in this book. Avery and Tristan’s chemistry was amazing, despite Avery and her «rules» of engaging with the opposite sex. They were fun, flirty–oh so flirty–and just fit each other.
Avery’s character was strong, though she had to overcome a lot of bad things (really, truly horrible things that I did not expect!) and start at rock bottom to build herself up. Her obstacles made her a stronger person who worked hard to get where she wanted to be in life. She’s caring and nurturing, stubborn, and strong. And let me just add that her ex is a dirtbag, piece of SH**! Really, REALLY hated that guy by the end of the book, and he seemed just too perfect in the beginning. Argh!
Tristan, well, if you read the rest of the Nova series, you know this guy is a mess. I really liked reading the bits of his back story. Again, this is another person who had to hit rock bottom to build themselves up. Actually, both characters had to basically DIE to overcome what life handed them. Tristan had very low self-esteem, but was capable of building up Avery’s. He constantly struggled with his addictions in this book and kept winding up in bad situations. Poor guy couldn’t catch a break.
The characters come together, showing each other support, that someone cares, and they don’t have to be alone in their journey to live a fulfilling life. Amazing story!
This book is a standalone.
